The Dwell is our first model of a new generation of micro dwellings. The Dwell was purposefully designed to be small on the outside but big on the inside. It will surprise and delight you with its modern, comfortable and spacious design.
Our design and manufacturing processes are considered, and with a focus on well-resolved details. The end result is a stylish, comfortable and highly functional micro dwelling that is built to the highest standards.
High ceilings contribute to the feeling of expanse in spaces filled with light and air.

Transportable Option:
All of our micro dwellings are built on a steel frame which allows us to put them on a truck and crane them into place.
Choose this option if you want to place your micro dwelling on a permanent foundation.
Trailer option:
Choose this option if you want to take your micro dwelling wherever you go.
Split shift trailer with removable foundation deck specifically designed and manufactured for our dwellings.
Electric drum brakes with remote control. No electrical modifications required to your towing vehicle.
Easy jacking system allows you to remove the dwelling from the trailer. If you are not planning on taking your dwelling on the road you will have the option to purchase it without the trailer.
Trailer can easily be taken away for mechanical inspections and certification without the need to tow the whole dwelling.
Trailer can be connected from either end of the building, allowing for extra manoeuvrability when towing.
Trailer comes with full WoF and registration.

The core space of the dwelling is constructed with structural insulated panels (SIPs) — a very high-performance building system that will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
There are no studs, no heavy steel, no voids and no drafts — just one continuous structural and thermal envelope.

First we wrap our dwellings in high performance waterproof membrane.
Next we build a ventilated and drained cavity to make sure that the dwelling remains watertight for its life.
Finally, select Colorsteel cladding offers long life, durability and super low maintenance.
The skin is finished with high quality double glazed aluminium window joinery from APL, finished in tough Dulux Duratec powder coating.
